Guidance
Publish only approved derivatives from immutable versioned masters with manifest metadata and a support lifecycle.
Do
- Expose license, version, intended use, and support before download
- Block publication when rights expire

- Mix community assets with official approval
- Delete audit history when withdrawing a download
