Elite systems: transferable doctrine
This collection is not a visual-style gallery. Each study records the exact first-party page that supports a lesson, its operating context, what AwesomeDS adopts, and what remains proprietary or domain-specific.
How to use these studies
- Start with the user need and risk, not the company name.
- Follow the cited page, then check its date, platform, implementation and license.
- Compare at least two systems before promoting a high-impact rule.
- Convert the finding into an observable contract with exceptions and tests.
- Never reproduce identity assets, proprietary terminology or distinctive visual grammar.
Studies
- Enterprise workflows and support — Salesforce Lightning, Intuit and Zendesk Garden.
- Discovery and mobility — Pinterest Gestalt and Uber Base/Base Web.
- Brand voice as operations — Mailchimp's editorial mechanics and boundaries.
- AI interaction contracts — capability, uncertainty, agency, streaming and failure.
